The cheery tree was from the garden of the house where the floor have been laid. It was cut down during the construction of the house and have been drying for a couple of years outside after being cut down into planks in a near-by sawmill.
I then proceed to split the planks and selected the best looking pieces. Treatment surface was then applied.
